To legalize Norwegian documents the procedure are the following three points:

04/07/2008 ::  

• The document has to be certified by Notarius Publicus (in Norway by byfogdembete or tingrett).

• Then the document has to be certified by the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

• And then by the Vietnamese Embassy in Stockholm or the Norwegian Embassy in Hanoi.

NOTE: The Embassy does not translate documents. This includes documents in English, Norwegian, Vietnamese and/or other languages.
